The Real Scent of Success…...
Light…... Camera……and Action……...
My
name is Sanjay Murlidhar Patil (ESA, DIET- Panvel, Raigad, now working as a
primary teacher in Z.P School) and I would like to take this time and
opportunity to share with you my success story. And, I believe that the magic
of hard work and perseverance cannot be underestimated. We see in general that
people who have succeeded in life have done an immense amount of hard work. We
wonder how they could achieve so much, but it is absolutely certain that
achievement has come their way after much of continued efforts. I belonged to
Raigad district from Maharashtra. Initially, I loved working for English
language. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, students were little bit away from learning
process. In these days, schools were closed that’s why students were not allowed
to come school. So, along with my HoD of English Department Mr. Latthe sir and
my colleague Mr. Rohan Patil I made a plan of arranging Video making
competition in our district (based on English Textbook of 1st 8th standard).
Our main intention of arranging that competition was to create online learning
material for all students. Because in that period students were only connected
with teachers mostly through WhatsApp and IT facility. That’s why, we thought
that if students want to keep an engaged in teaching learning process there
were only one source that was social media. And amazing thing was that in this
competition there were many teachers participated. We distributed different
content for making video to each block because we expected variety of different
contents videos. Really, it's worked as per our plan and we got 300 selected
videos across the district. Mostly, my all-Tag Coordinators and some Tag
teachers participated in making videos, they proved that being a part of TEJAS
project they are now Technosavy. Thus, we can see the influence of TEJAS
Project. Videos were really best, useful and helpful to the students
for their self-study. We gave prize for selected videos and also awarded them
with certificates. After that our main work was started, we wanted to share
that resource material to each and every teacher and student belongs to Raigad
district. So, we uploaded all videos on You Tube channel and made a plan that
how would all videos reach to each and every student?

So we shared standard wise
videos links to all block’s BRPs and also told them to share that links to each
teacher. Really, it's worked as per our plan. Daily, all teachers sent those
videos to their students through WhatsApp and also give them home work based on
videos. We observed that many students were daily watched that videos. Through
analytical we came to know that per day how many students were watched
that video? And felling very proud to share that daily more than 2000 students
visited on YouTube and watched that videos as per grade wise. And most
important thing is that now also students visiting to that You Tube channel and
watching that videos. Teachers also using those videos as a reference material
in their teaching learning Process. Really, life is full of twists and
turns. Everyone has to struggle here in this world to conquer every hindrance
in the way to success.
So, at last I would like to say that
Success is not achieved by winning all time. Real success comes when we rise
after fall. Some mountains are higher than others. Some roads steeper than the
next. There are hardships and setbacks but you cannot let them stop you. Even
on the steepest road you must not turn back.
